I am an experienced and knowledgeable Training manager with many years’ experience in establishing and growing training businesses. Working alongside directors and board members to achieve growth, revenue and compliance targets.
I Manage all departments and staff required to run a successful training business such as Trainers, coordinators, administrators, sales executives and 3rd parties. As well as working very well alongside colleagues of all levels in all departments and maintain excellent relationships with partners and suppliers.
I worked in various roles in finance, customer service and market research before joining the hire industry and progressing in to a training role. Which I believe gives me a varied skillset with many transferable skills which would help me to succeed in various types of roles.
